About the Role

    About the Role
    As a Key Account Manager, you will serve as the critical link between ControlTech and our clients. You will ensure seamless customer support, technical coordination, data analysis, and client engagement to enhance satisfaction and service delivery.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support.
    Manage support tickets, troubleshooting, and SIM card activations.
    Prepare and analyse customer reports to offer actionable insights.
    Conduct client visits, training sessions, and introduce new products.
    Collaborate with technicians and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Degree in Business Information & Technology preferred).

  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in customer or technical support.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of computer software and office systems.
