

About the Role
- Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support.
Manage support tickets, troubleshooting, and SIM card activations.
Coordinate with the HQ customer success team to analyse customer reports, then present these reports and offer actionable insights.
Conduct client visits, training sessions, and introduce new products.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
Align with Kenya HQ on standards, policies and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Degree in Business Information & Technology preferred).
3 + Experience Years in IT customer support preferably in automative industry.
Strong technical aptitude with experience in customer or technical support.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of computer software and office systems.
